Other Events.

On October 13, 2022, Kiora Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
