We’d like to remind you of our upcoming Shareholder Meeting this Thursday, August 31^st, where we’re asking investors to vote yes on all items. This includes an item that would allow us to increase the Equity Incentive Plan as a tool to attract and retain top talent in this competitive market. Having the right employees in place is essential in our view to realize the full potential of our clinical development pipeline.

Shareholders are asked to submit their votes ahead of the meeting this Thursday at noon Eastern Time. Votes may be submitted the following ways:

• Call shareholder services directly at 888-596-1905, where you’ll provide the control number included in the shareholder mailing

• Visit Proxyvote.com, where you’ll provide the control number. Online voting ends Wednesday August 30^th at 11:59 ET.
